Ah, Mr. Musk ...

After reading the blog post I don’t have a lot of sympathy for Mr. Alsop. It reads like a bad Yelp review. I bet if he addressed the issue a little more professionally the end result would have been different.

Customer service is customer service. Mr.Musk needs to wear turtle necks to hind his foreskin.

I tend to agree - I wonder if he called his dealer and said, look, here’s the problem, what can we do about it?

I like that about Musk... no patience for whiners and he doesn’t suffer fools gladly.
And I read the guy’s open letter and followup... he does sound like a whiner and he very much was attacking Musk personally.
Alsop didn’t like how long he had to wait at a Model X launch event? Well he could have left.
His open letter has all the professionalism of a crappy online review you find on Yelp, Walmart or Amazon.

I would add that people buying these cars are almost certainly people of means who know how things work. Pick up the phone and get it sorted out.
